There are some disputes and transactions that are not eligible. Here are the examples below:

  • Cost of delivery disputes.

  • Out of app purchases or purchases that were collected in person.

  • Items banned under the banned list.

  • Items that are damaged by the delivery courier (if properly packaged by the seller).

  • Items that have been altered, used, worn, washed, or discarded after they have arrived at the buyers.

  • Delivery delays when dispatched caused the items to be delivered late.

  • Items that are returned without a return agreement.

  • Items that are accurately described but it does not fit in the buyers’ space or they do not like the item anymore.
