There are some disputes and transactions that are not eligible. Here are the examples below:
Cost of delivery disputes.
Out of app purchases or purchases that were collected in person.
Items banned under the banned list.
Items that are damaged by the delivery courier (if properly packaged by the seller).
Items that have been altered, used, worn, washed, or discarded after they have arrived at the buyers.
Delivery delays when dispatched caused the items to be delivered late.
Items that are returned without a return agreement.
Items that are accurately described but it does not fit in the buyers’ space or they do not like the item anymore.
