Items not delivered?

Sellers should aim to post items as soon as possible after the buyer has purchased and it should be less than 7 days. Once posted, sellers should upload the tracking number to the Narchie app.

If you are a buyer and your item has not been delivered, first check with the seller the item has been dispatched and check the tracking number.

If the item has been lost in transit, sellers should contact the courier service to make a claim and refund the buyer. If you refund the buyer in-app through Stripe you will be covered by the Narchie seller policy and the Narchie fee will be refunded.
