Users can set up a Stripe account from the age of 13. However, if you are under 18 years of age then Stripe will ask for the following information about your legal guardian:
First and last name
Date of birth
Postal address
A statement from them saying they consent to your agreement to abide by Stripes Terms of Service
If Stripe is not able to verify the guardian's information automatically they may also request a copy of the guardians’ ID which later can be uploaded directly into their verification system.
