Narchie Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy ensures your satisfaction with every purchase on Narchie:

  • Returning an Item: Covered by Buyer Protection, you can return if significantly not as described or if the item is damaged beyond use.

  • Some Sellers may say that they don’t accept returns and if there is no reasonable reason to return an item they do not have to issue a refund.

  • Request Refund: Message the seller. The Seller is responsible for processing a Refund via their Stripe account. If the Seller does not respond or process a valid refund, contact support@narchie.com and we can process it on their behalf.

  • Return Process: If the item is not as described or it is damaged you must request a refund and then once that is processed, return within 5 working days from receiving the refund.

  • Packaging: Securely pack the item and include all original contents.

  • Time Limit: Return within 5 days of the seller providing their return address and a refund.
