Narchie Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy ensures your satisfaction with every purchase on Narchie:
Returning an Item: Covered by Buyer Protection, you can return if significantly not as described or if the item is damaged beyond use.
Some Sellers may say that they don’t accept returns and if there is no reasonable reason to return an item they do not have to issue a refund.
Request Refund: Message the seller. The Seller is responsible for processing a Refund via their Stripe account. If the Seller does not respond or process a valid refund, contact support@narchie.com and we can process it on their behalf.
Return Process: If the item is not as described or it is damaged you must request a refund and then once that is processed, return within 5 working days from receiving the refund.
Packaging: Securely pack the item and include all original contents.
Time Limit: Return within 5 days of the seller providing their return address and a refund.
